The Ajawah Conservancy respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our
Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at The Ajawah
Conservancy's  Web site.

Part I.  Information Collection
The Ajawah Conservancy collects personal information through our Web site solely from users who email us asking to become
members.  No other personal information is collected from users.

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by The Ajawah Conservancy  will be used for general membership purposes.  Users who provide
information will receive email announcements, as well as possible mailed newsletters and or solicitations.

We may share data with the following third parties: Westminster Presbyterian Church, Camp Ajawah Camping Board.   If the
member agrees their name may also be posted to the The Ajawah Conservancy's website roster.   People who share pictures or
other types of memorabilia might have their names posted identifying them as the contributor if they agree.

In the future our Web site may offer chats, forums or message boards.  Please be advised that information posted in these
venues becomes public knowledge.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will email registered members as well as posting the updated policy here.

Part III.  Access to Information
The Ajawah Conservancy maintains the accuracy of our information solely by members notifying us via email.   Members may
delete their information from our database by emailing us and asking to have us remove them as a member.
